I'm a former Weight Watcher's gal myself.  I lost weight when I did it but can't seem to bring myself back to counting points.  I'm going for overall healthy changes this time.  I'm doing a series of posts about it.  If you search for Building a Healthy Lifestyle you'll see some of the changes that I'm incorporating.  Maybe some of them will work for you.
