I am a student at the Univ. of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Public Health.  My research interest is developing survivorship education program for female breast cancer survivors.  For this purpose, we need to know what you know/ don’t know, how you feel about secretin physical changes, and what support you need/ don’t need.  I will appreciate if you take the survey and let us help you.
