Hi.. I kno EXACTLY how u feel.. I hav doin weight watchers plan & going the gym 3 times & doin bootcamp once a week.. & the scales isn't looking any different! Its very disheartening &makeing me feel "why bother!" At first I was doing OK.. lost 2 lbs /week for the 5 weeks,which was great.. But its totally stopped now.. There is no way i'v reached my "plateau" already.. So although its hard we hafta keep workin.. Its just be dat our bodies haven't quite adjusted to our new 'lifestyle' changes..
