Health knowledge made personal
I am a former collegiate Field Hockey Player turned duathlete (working on the triathlete part). I needed something to fill my void of no longer competing and found running and cycling to fit that bill! I fell in love with cycling- and in no way am a good runner, but itâ??s something I am working on! I blog pretty much daily at Katie Moves and enjoy connecting with others while sharing my love for things that make me move daily! This includes many things such as hiking, golfing, walking my dogs, and dancing (although, not well). I like to mix my fitness up and keep it interesting! Taking group fitness classes is one of my favorite things to do.
