Hi mavaric. I see this question is almost a month old. I am sorry. I just found it. It does sound like you have a stone in your salivary duct. if your cheek swells, that may very well be the case. The thing is, to be sure it is not an infection, or other harmful process, it is best to have it checked by the doctor.
