I'm 59 and I work as a medical transcriptionist at a hospital in Iowa.  I sit all day and then come home to sit some more.  I want to lose at least 70 lb.  I have one daughter and a granddaughter living with me as well as our two cats, Precious and Minnie Me.  I love to read.  I used to play a lot of sports, but now am too tired to do it.  I had a heart attack at age 56 and now have four stents.  I want to get healthy.
