I want to transform women's lives through the power of self-care. Women are natural caretakers, excellent at nurturing their families and children --- often at their own expense.I believe women need to offer themselves the same nurturing, compassion, self-acceptance and care that they give to others. How do we do this? By lowering the superwoman expectations we hold for ourselves, making time for rest, fun and connection, and trading self-destructive habits for healthy nurturing.
