Karen, Make sure that you take Vitamin D every day! A research study showed that 2000 IU's of Vitamin D every day virtually eliminated colds and flu!

Some researchers even believe that the flu is CAUSED by low Vitamin D levels in the blood and this is why the flu ONLY comes around in the winter.
