As a boomer who has had no serious illnesses, no operations and no allergies I am grateful yet dislike and distrust my health insurance company(do not say that lightly by the way) + know as I age that I will need to be an astute advocate. Have been generally healthy and active. As a former journalist (WSJ & NBC) and current speaker/coach on collaborative communication (worked on Obama staff in that capacity) I was delighted, via Dr. Geoff Rutledge's reputation to discover this site.
