I have been into fitness ever since college, where I took a swimming class to reduce stress and then started running. I moved on to weight training and Jazzercise--I know, that dates me!--and now I do a little of everything, including gym workouts, outdoor boot camp, walking, ballet class and other fitness classes. I believe in moderation when it comes to food, so I eat pretty much everything, trying to keep my portions small and stop when I feel full. As a longtime writer, I read everything from daily newspapers to magazines to blogs, and I am most interested in fitness and wellness. I hope to impart some of the things I've learned, not only over the years, but recently, with users of Wellsphere.
