I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1999.  Since then, I have made it my personal mission to help others like myself eat and live well gluten-free.

In 2006, I published the popular gluten-free cookbook Nearly Normal Cooking for Gluten-Free Eating. In December of 2008, my second book was released, The First Year: Celiac Disease and Living Gluten-Free.

Through my weekly recipe e-newsletter, gluten-free cooking classes, lectures around the country to groups of all sizes, and consultations with individuals and restaurateurs, I have already shown thousands of people that gluten-free cooking can be truly tasty and easy!

My patent-pending all purpose flour was released in 2008 and has already helped people all over the United States and Canada get back into the kitchen safely and deliciously gluten-free, without compromises!
