I am so tired of my MS! I hate it and there is nothing to say " I HATE YOU " to. I just cry. I am having more and more vision trouble and I don't feel comrfortable driving and I hate to have to ask anyone to drive me. My husband doesn't get it and I am so angry. I just need to accept it but I can't. Does anyone have any advise to help me figure out how to figure this feeling out??

I also get bad leg muscle spasms. I'm on Baclofen, and I also take one magnesium tablet at night. A friend told me about a great exercise for leg cramps/spasms. You lay flat on your back. Bring your chin to your chest, press your arms down, press your legs down, cough (brings your chest downward), and point your toes upward toward your body. Hold this for a count of 10; repeat 8 times. It works.

Thanks for the articles, I will read them. Best to you, Maryann
