I'm a 75 year old retired dermatologist. I've been diagnosed with early Alzheimer's disease but if you met me you wouldn't know it. I now write novels and articles plus a blog called thetripover.com. My wife and I live near San Diego. We have two grown children, a son and a daughter, and 6 grandchildren.

Who Am I? I am Nikki - a 37 year-old wife, stepmother, career woman, and caregiver for my 96 year-old grandmother, Flossie. I draw my strength from God and am thankful for the opportunity to make a difference in my grandmother's life. She is a blessing to us and I hope that in her last days we are in turn a blessing to her as well.
