Bio

Judith Kingsbury has been a vegetarian for most of her life, and it's been a most interesting journey - see her bio. She grew up in Canada, and has lived for the last 24 years in Fairfield, IA, which believe it or not is a haven for vegetarians - also for meditation, organic agriculture, sustainable living, alternative healing, art and music. Apart from that, Fairfield is a typical small midwestern town. Judy started Savvy Vegetarian because it seemed to her that lots more people would go veg if they had some help, and because she's a bossy know-it-all, but most of all because it's so much fun having a vegetarian website and getting to know vegetarians all over the world.
