I work as a Medical Exercise Specialist in Kentucky. I am 52 years old, a former competitive athlete and I specialize in working with obese individuals and those needing post rehabilitative fitness. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and was the first fitness professional in Kentucky to become board registered and one of the first 200 in the US. I enjoy hiking, attending my local church helping them develop a spiritual and physical wellness program.
