Hi, I'm glad to be a member of wellsphere. I write several times each week on "Keys to Good Nutrition and Tips to Eating Healthy." Nutrition is one of my passions, and I love to share what I've learned with others. Of course, I'm always learning more about nutrition, health, and life, so I'm a lifetime student you could say. Please take some time to visit my Eating Healthy Nutrition blog. I do have several other blogs, one of which is an inspirational nature and landscape photography blog. By the way, I'm not from San Francisco; I'm not sure how that got up there. I live in Moravian Falls, North Carolina, in the mountains with my beloved family.
