Welcome to Stress Relief, Joshua!!!

As the moderator of this community, I wanted to let you know that I am available to answer any questions you may have, as well as to offer support.  This is a great place to post concerns about stress, anxiety, self-care, relaxation, as well as to offer your own tips and suggestions to others.  I've found it very helpful, especially during those days when I need a little reminder to stop and breathe!
