30 something, almost 40 something, guy from UK. Forgot I had this account until someone asked to be my friend earlier today. Over 3 years I have been here, although not said much!  I have started a new exercise plan, I am exercising every day. OK, not much of a "plan", just the decision to do something every day of the year.  See my blog, simply named "366 Days of Exercise" - it's a LEAP year dont you know?
