Hey Jonathan

I know the contest is pretty silly, but I would love to win Wellsphere's Health Blogger Award

I would appreciate it if you could <a href="http://www.wellsphere.com/voteBlogger.s?bloggerId=92707">cast a vote for me.</a>

It might even boost your good karma.

Hi, My name is Mary O.

I am trying to get into "contest shape" or as close to it by the time I turn 40(approx. 2 years away). I have been in school for the past 20 months and studying for tests have been my excuse. Well, now I have graduated and it is time to step up to the plate and do the work that must be done. I am taking it slowly, however, so that I am still able to walk and function as close to normal as possible. The things I am looking forward to is the muscle memory and increase in energy that comes from working out on a regular basis. Happy New Year

Hi Jonathan,

It's almost time for those dreaded New Year's resolutions.

Soon enough there will be a new crop of celebrity diet books urging us to eat like "skinny french women from south" or "low-carb vegetarians"

I would like to suggest that with all of the great health & fitness bloggers here at Wellsphere, we have an opportunity to work together to promote our own little individual corner of the blogosphere.

I am going to contact all of my friends here at Wellsphere with this suggestion and see what happens.

Currently I receive between 500 and 1200 hits per day at my blog - Health Habits

I think that quite a few of my readers would be interested in your point of view.

Let me know what you think

Happy New Year

p.s. I know it's shameless, but would you consider checking out my blog , and if you think it's worthy, giving it a vote in the wellsphere blogger contest

Doug
