I am 57 y.o. and have no insurance. I have been active my entire life until last year when I started feeling pain in my left hip after my daily run. After trying non-surgical interventions to relieve the pain for a year, it appears I need a total hip replacement. I have no insurance and will have to pay cash out-of-pocket for the surgery. What is the estimated total cost for a total hip replacement in the U.S.? Mexico? Anywhere else? How safe is it to do it out of the country? Thanks in advance for your help.
