I have been diagnosed with stage 4 avascular necrosis of the hips. my doctor says that there are no real treatment option at this stage except physiotherapy, medication such as fosiomax and total hip replacement. He advices that i waid until the pain is no longer bearable for total hip replacement becaus eof my age (39year old female). Does this communcity have any advice that can asssit me.
