Well, I hate getting up AND I hate running :-) I am starting a program to do a half marathon in October. I am likely going to be running (and walking initially) in the morning and evenings because I am a night person. It's my nature to stay up until 2 or 3am, and there is something about sleep that feels right in morning. Well, my routine begins on Saturday which should be an easier jumpstart than a weekday :-)
