I've always considered myself an average athlete... with above average determination. I've done over 15 marathons - some of them in 5 hours and some of them closer to 3. In other words, sometimes I've been in the back of the pack and sometimes I've been a little closer to the front. My goal for... Full Bio

Well, I hate getting up AND I hate running :-) I am starting a program to do a half marathon in October. I am likely going to be running (and walking initially) in the morning and evenings because I am a night person. It's my nature to stay up until 2 or 3am, and there is something about sleep that feels right in morning. Well, my routine begins on Saturday which should be an easier jumpstart than a weekday :-)
