My neuro stated that my add was nothing more than a sleep disorder or sleep apnea? So he treated me with Adderall.  I have tried making list, yet I loose the list.  I have put things where I know I will find them and then in a panic, I forget where everything is.  This makes me late for work 50pct of the time.  I have tried to plan and plan.  I feel lost, and it seems that the only thing that helped me in the past was Dextroamphet.  I don't know what to do?  Any other suggestions for me?
