I know how you feel. I breastfed both my children and did not lose 'any weight' as I thought I would. Other people had shared their 'weight loss' stories, affiliated with breast feeding, but it didn't happen for me. What did work, was to watch my calorie intake to make sure I was getting enough calories and nutrition to substantiate breast feeding and then workout WITH my children. I bought a 'tandem' stroller and took to the streets. Walk/running, lunging, squatting and much more every day. I started slow, and then was able to find a schedule that worked for the three of us. After the workouts, I played with the children and they started to look forward to our daily workout and play. Good luck on your journey.
