I have been smoking on and off for 48 years and have decided to quit this inconvenient habit because I don't like all the rules and regulations about where you can smoke. That consumes me now more than smoking. I also want to see that if I quit will my health issues change for the better. Thank you Clarence. I have been trying touit with the e-cig but was put on back order for 7 days and bought a pack. Don't think I didn't get mad, but will be back on board today. Hang in there. We can let this habit goooooo!
