Jimmy Smith is a highly pursued performance and fitness coach for clients and athletes who seek to achieve their performance and physique goals. While currently pursuing his master's degree, Jimmy is dedicated to continually advancing his knowledge to provide superior results for his clients. He has traveled around the country to learn from the brightest minds in the industry and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has worked extensively with top sport's medicine practitioners and doctors. This work gives him the tools to analyze human movement.
He has successfully worked and consulted with a wide range of clients that include Olympic hopefuls, professional athletes, U.S. National teams, Division I athletes, nationally ranked high school athletes, fitness competitors and individuals seeking rapid fat loss and muscular gains. He is now a contributing writer to Maximum Fitness Magazine as well as various online magazines and newsletters. Jimmy is also a featured speaker at various seminars dealing with multiple topics from sports performance, fat loss, program design, human movement and body dysfunction.
