I am a health and fitness professional, who works around the world on cruise ships.  I believe in an holistic approach to health, which involves nutrition, exercise, and having a clean and unpolluted internal body.  I like to keep myself very fit and healthy, and my favourite way to do this is with regular running, as well as weight training, and a mainly natural diet.  I am currently organising a world record attempt, to hold the world's largest ever fitness class.
