As Club One's chief fitness officer, I direct Club One's overall fitness philosophy. I have been teaching group fitness classes for 30 years with a background as an athlete and coach includeing running, triathlons, competitive aerobics, rowing and cycling. I am also the creator of Spin Camp and Performance Max, two of Club One's premier fitness training programs, and have been named to the Men's Journal's "America's Top 100 Fitness Trainers" list for the past two years.
