My name is Jessica and I am a 21-year-old business major who loves running, exercising, cooking, baking, reading, and learning about nutrition. This blog chronicles the process of healing from an injury, not being able to run (something that is a huge part of my life) and how I am coping with it. I have a passion for food and cooking so I will be posting some of my meals, favorite recipes, and new recipes. I've gone through several big changes in my life recently and I have learned that life, like healing an injury, is a process. Sometimes the process is slow but as long as we do not stop, we will make it through! At this time in my life, I am trying to cope with not being able to run while staying healthy, listening to my body, allowing my injury to heal, and ultimately coming out of this a stronger person and a stronger runner who will never again take a run for granted.
