As the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share information, connect others on campus and provide opportunities for participation in wellness activities to students, faculty and staff. I enjoy hiking, working in the garden and playing soccer. I strive to eat better and practice healthier cooking techniques. I relocated here from the central valley and absolutely love the location....walks on the beach and/or in the hills with our dog are the best.
