So I haven't been able to find a class yet - but that has to do with timing. I entered the program very near the end of the quarter, and so starting a class at the end seemed pointless. I am, however, doing a little on my own - I have been doing a "Core" workout that a Personal Trainer friend of mine showed me - whoo hoo for an ab workout! And I've taken up using the balance ball with a Denise Austin DVD. That thing is harder than it looks!

I'll be looking into taking an areobics or kickboxing class as soon as the new quarter starts and the new schedule comes out. A few co-workers and I will do the class after work together - doing it with friends makes it so much easier!
