Just remain committed to the idea that you want to quit, not that you need to or have to, but want to. Sounds like you have a lot going on in your life, so don't beat yourself up if it doesn't happen overnight. Check out becomeanex.org. It helped me to learn to identify my triggers and learn to separate myself from them.
