My name is Jenna and on October 17, 2008 I was involved in a rather serious auto accident. My truck was totalled and I was not in much better shape. Shortly after I began developing an excrutiating pain in my right leg... almost two months later a 19cm. hematoma was found in my thigh, unfortunately, it was found much to late. Just remain committed to the idea that you want to quit, not that you need to or have to, but want to. Sounds like you have a lot going on in your life, so don't beat yourself up if it doesn't happen overnight. Check out becomeanex.org. It helped me to learn to identify my triggers and learn to separate myself from them.
