One big, and incidentally very difficult to achieve, goal of the fitness buff is the six pack (we're talking about abs here, not beer). Most people do hundreds and hundreds of reps of crunches, sit-ups and leg raises but still never manage to see the elusive abdominal muscles. So what is the problem?
