My sister was diagnosed with MS about 10 years ago.  She promptly went on the 'MS Diet' (gluten-free, lactose-free), and that, combined with regular yoga (and probably a lot of luck) has kept her largely symptom-free since then.   May not work as well for you, but worth trying.

Hi! Have you read "The MS Recovery Diet" by Ann Saywer? Check it out, you can get it free from your public library! Good Luck! You can help your symptoms by finding out if you have food allergies/intolerances!
