I'm Jeff Archer and I started the Instant Feelgood blog to help people achieve their fitness and health goals, whether that is weight loss, general fitness or de-stressing. I've worked in the fitness industry for 10-years now and run a fitness and coaching business. I spend much of my time consulting businesses on how to keep their staff fit, motivated and healthy. Having worked with thousands of clients over the years in every personal situation imaginable, I've heard every excuse and still seen those clients go on to get amazing results. I've started this blog to share my tips, strategies and advice. I believe that small changes can make big impact.

My name is Mary. I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community. Thanks for joining us. I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
