HI I am 72 years of age and have had P.MR. for 11 years now I am fed up with being on Prednisolone  as it causes so many problems  . I had a Heart Attack in 2004 and surgery and have since had a couple of mild attacks down to the predsoline they tell me I feel unwell most of the time , so over weight although I eat a very healthy diet , I cannot exercise as to much pain also have alot of other health issues, does anyone have an alternative to prednisolone does anyone know about...
