Hi.  I've been having the exact same feeling in my neck and head.  It's annoying and painful and is getting in the way of my daily tasks now.  Can you tell me what the outcome was when you went to the doctor?  I had a 30 min massage today, that helped.  However, the tingling and buring...headache...all is still here.  Thanks!  Melissa
