I'm a wife and a mom. I want this year to be the time that i get back into the gym at least 4 times a week. I have been away from the gym for about 2 years. i wan to run the 10K in March. I have run 1 half marathon and 1 10K. I want to be a vegetarian and so does my husband but i find it difficult to cook this way.   Blessings!
