I hit middle age with the life changing epiphany that hits most people between 50 and 60. Realization that youth is gone forever. No matter how I try to convince myself that is not true mentally it remains true that even there I am older. So....I choose to try to make my body as young as possible so I can at least enjoy a good quality old age. lol This means I must lose at least 60 pounds.
