I currently work at Stanford University at the Office of the Registrar as a Systems Analyst. We support Stanford's Student Records through the use of PeopleSoft (Axess). We also support faculty, staff, students and applicants using our online help desk application known as Remedy.  Additionally we manage enhancements to PeopleSoft Student Records as they become available and approved within various organizational budgets.
