I am an avid gym rat. My goal is to be able to compete in a college bodybuilding contest within the year. I am happy during mass phases, sad during cut phases, and enjoy helping others get into the gym and attain their goals. I am contemplating getting a Nutritionist certification at USC, but currently am finishing up my Theater degree.

I'm a passionate runner and professional running coach in the San Francisco/Bay Area. A running 'evangelist' is another way to describe me. Most of my days are spent trying to connect with people and 'convert' them to the religion (ahem...'sport') that has been so rewarding to me.
