I love Masters swimming, which I try to do 4 times/week. Also, biking which is my commute mode 2 times/week. I'm hoping to jog more come Spring, but for now, it's a rare thing. All of the above keep me relatively sane. I can't imagine life without being active in these ways. Oops, did I mention Yoga? Love it too! In the time that's left, I enjoy being with my two daughters, reading, tending my garden pots and cooking.
