Monday: Deadlifts (185/205/225 x 5-7) x 8
Tuesday: Stationary Bike (20 min), Overhead press (95/105 x 5) x 8  
Wednesday: Run 5 miles, 40:10 
Thursday (today): Swim (10:20 x 16)

Okay, all caught up for the New Year.
