Long days in ground school, but I still got in a quick mile (still breaking in the new Newtons) and did the Crossfit WOD. The WOD was "virtual shoveling," using a barbell and 45lb plate to simulate the movement of heavy shoveling. It sounded (and probably looked) kinda hokey, but it was definitely a back-breaker.
I'm pretty beat, and its only Monday! HAHA!
