Friday: End of the first week. Back in Flight School. Back in the gym for a little Crossfitting... Saturday: Rest day.Thunder storms all weekend are kinda putting a damper on my long bike ride plans. May do some reading and studying on the trainer tomorrow if the outdoors are too wet. Doesn't it always seem like the days you are the most intrinsically motivated that mother nature takes a big extrinsic crap on your chances to workout? No worries...just enjoying the sound of the rain. |
