I am a student of life, in search of tranquility, equilibrium and understanding. A "collector" of the words and teachings of my parents, masters, prophets, brothers and sisters. Seeking truth, compassion, love, patience, determination, devotion, equanimity in myself and in others towards the path of enlightenment. I am a slave to the divine cosmos and a friend of humanity. Since accomplishing my level of skill in the foundation of Martial Arts, I have been teaching for over a decade in many prestigious and exclusive health clubs and some of New York City?s Universities. I am a member of (AIKF) Association Ivoirien de Kung Fu and assisted as a teacher to instruct the Military Police. I am also the founder of The IronFlower Method, which I teach at my IronSpirit Wellness Temple. I use the fitness methods of the Shaolin monks to teach everyone to train like a Warrior Monk!

My fitness teachings are to lengthen and elongate the muscles and tendons under supervised and guidance. I promises a vigorous training for those who seek "Divine Fitness" to regain balance, optimum health, toning of the body and spiritual axis in life. I have been teaching the art of IronFlower for more than 22 years. This is a very unique method of teaching, where every movement becomes a connection to focus your energy, harness your strength and turn your weaknesses into strengths. The practice of therapeutic breath control (Qi-Gong) makes that connection to wellness and training both your mind and body. I am dedicated to translate my composed yet energetic personality to each individual student.
