my bf will be driving then all of a sudden he will get sleeping and try to doze off and he even does when he sits down to watch tv or read, it happens in seconds of sitting down i've heart it could be a heart condtion
Sounds like narcolepsy, or sleep deprivation at the very least. In any case, he should get it checked out. If he's falling asleep while driving it's a danger to his life and to the lives of others. Check out stats on sleep deprivation and motor vehicle operation.
