I want you fellow narcoleptics to try something. Try not eating starchy foods and sugar for 3 days.Breads potatoes sweets. Just meats and vegetables. You will see a big difference in how you feel. My name is Tonya. I no longer take meds because of all the side effects. you do what's best for you. But I want you to try this and see what comes of it.
