The half-life of Trazodone is about 9 hours, so after a couple of days it should be completely out of your system. If you are able to sleep without it, congratulations!! Although nowhere near as "addictive" as benzodiazapines, I've still heard that people can become dependent on Trazodone, and have to slowly withdraw from it. No harm if you're able to do it cold-turkey!

I have been taking Trazodone for several year to help me to sleep, I have decided that i want to stop taking them, over the last three days i have manage to sleep without taking them and have managed to get a good nights quality sleep. How long before they are out of my system?
